Your Safety is #1!
The world has changed in dramatic fashion and continues to on a daily basis. I want you to know that your health and safety as well as that of our team members are our #1 priority. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those and their families affected by COVID-19.
Running a clean and organized restaurant has always been our way of doing business. Our management teams take pride in their operations emphasizing high importance in food and facility safety. Every manager and team member has a valid Food Handler Card and receives continual training and ongoing education in food and facility safety. Louise’s restaurants routinely receive high marks from the Health Department on their visits.
In addition to our daily cleaning and sanitizing protocols, we’ve increased focus and frequency in maintaining these standards and routines. This means more time spent cleaning and sanitizing our tabletops, seating surfaces, and educating our team members as we receive new and updated protocols. We’re taking guidance from both our local Health Department officials and the CDC with regards to increased preventive measures we can take.
We’re also staffing up our teams to support the current increased demand in services like Delivery, Take-out and Curb-side pick as alternative dining options within our communities.
We are taking particular caution with our teams, too. Encouraging sick team members to stay home and communicating with us their concerns in our open-door policy that we’ve had since day one.
We increased safety practices such as frequency of general cleaning, hand washing, glove usage, and re-stocking of soaps and sanitizers while procuring an ample supply of these products from our vendors to meet the increased demand in usage.
Our commitment is to work through these uncertain times with you — our most valued guests. Together we’ll get through this.
